AJAX Third-Party Transmitter Integrates Wired Sensors.
AJAX Third-Party Transmitter – AJAX Transmitter is a module that allows integration of third-party NO/NC devices, including intrusion sensors, infrared beams, flood detectors, smoke sensors, gas leak detectors, panic buttons and more.
The module supports 8 types of events for connected devices. These include intrusion, fire, auxiliary alarm, panic button, gas alarm, malfunction, leakage, and custom event. The type of event determines the alarm code sent to the monitoring station and the text of notification received by the user.
The unit is powered by 3 CR123A batteries and delivers 3.3V DC to a wired device across a pair of input terminals, with a second pair for tamper input. The AJAX Transmitter alarm input supports a 24AWG pair up to 150 metres.

You can install AJAX Transmitter inside a sensor housing or in an adjacent control box or a dedicated housing. The unit is compact – it has dimensions of 100 x 39 x 22mm and a weight of 74g. Operating temperature range is -25 to 40C, and there’s protection against dismounting via an accelerometer and tamper alarm.
AJAX Transmitter transmits NO/NC events to the hub via the Jeweller radio protocol – the hub notifies the security company and system users via 4G LTE or networks. Transmitter has an ERP of 20mW, giving a radio range of 1600 metres line-of-sight in reasonable conditions. The unit has protection against spoofing device authentication.
Connection of Transmitter to AJAX Hub is via QR code and app and this is a very simple process – you create a room or area in which the device will be installed, photograph it, then read the QR code on the sensor and assign it to the relevant location. Once you’ve done this, you can hop into settings and tweak Transmitter’s performance vectors.
