Ambulance Victoria Seeks Genetec And Gallagher – Ambulance Victoria has released a tender seeking Genetec and Gallagher software services.

Ambulance Victoria, which was formed with the merging of the Metropolitan Ambulance Service, the Rural Ambulance Victoria, and the Alexandra District Ambulance Service, is a Victorian agency of the Department of Health, and the statutory provider of pre-hospital emergency care and ambulance services in Victoria.

Ambulance Victoria has 4123 staff, a budget of more than $A800 million and provides emergency medical response to more than 5.9 million people in an area of more than 227,000 square kilometres.

With this tender Ambulance Victoria is seeking to contract with a service provider to deliver the Genetec and Gallagher services including licensing provision, renewals and software maintenance, preventive and corrective software maintenance, software and firmware upgrades and remote support services.
