Aritech has announced that Surveillance Technologies will distribute its Tecom, TruVision, wired sensing and IFS products in New Zealand from November 15.
Surveillance Technologies has a 10-year relationship with Aritech, currently distributing the TruVision and IFS portfolios, and the company has been providing a high level of support, from initial design all the way through to commissioning for customers across the country, since 2008.
“We are excited to expand the reach of the Tecom portfolio across New Zealand. Surveillance Technologies have been a focused and successful distributor for over 10 years, and we have no doubt that the extension of their portfolio will be a welcome addition for their customers,” said Phil Brown, general manager of Aritech ANZ.
Meanwhile, Surveillance Technologies’ Robert McDowell said the company would continue to grow in New Zealand and the addition of the Tecom portfolio was a natural growth progression.
“Our focus continues to be focused on providing an outstanding customer experience and we are thrilled that we can now offer this portfolio of intrusion solutions,” McDowell said.
Auckland-based Surveillance Technologies said its team offers a unique remote support service for integrators and key end users – a customised service that allows clients to receive high levels of support, while minimising the associated costs of being on site through phone and web-based technical support.
