West Moreton Hospital Seeks CCTV, VMS, Access Upgrade

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for design, plan, supply, installation and commissioning of a CCTV security solution for the Ipswich Hospital and The Park (Wacol), and provides 24/7/365 support services for entire CCTV infrastructures for multiple components.

These include:

* CCTV cameras
* Communication network
* Operator workstation and monitors
* Video management software (VMS)
* Video recording and management servers
* Video & data storage
* Uninterrupted power supply (UPS)
* Electronic access control system.

The customer/principal has issued this invitation to offer with the objectives of:

* Ensure safety and security – The system should be capable of increasing the safety and security of West Moreton Staff and clients.
* Provide deterrence – Visible components of the system should deter in appropriate behaviour.
* Allow investigation – Recorded images should be of good quality and fit for purpose in the event of an after the fact incident.
* Automatic analysis – The system shall have integrated analytics to visually determine and/or acoustically identify the source or location of an incident.
* Future capable – the system should have the capability to be scaled up and/or upgraded for future developments in both visual and acoustic analytics to determine the source of an incident and the potential target.
