ASIS ACT Government Training Sessions At SAGE – ASIS ACT is conducting government training sessions at the Security & Government Expo, Realm Hotel Canberra, November 21.

These popular training sessions are organised by professional security association ASIS ACT and offer government security people a comprehensive range of topics designed to enhance their skills and knowledge.

“Participants will benefit from the Risk Management session, offering in-depth knowledge on identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks,” said ASIS ACT’s Bou Waterhouse.

“For those addressing foreign involvement in secure operations, the Managing Foreign Ownership, Control, and Influence (FOCI) session will provide critical guidance on maintaining security in environments affected by foreign interests.

ASIS ACT Government Training Sessions At SAGE

“The Electronic Security session will dive into the complexities of securing and managing electronic systems in high security environments, while the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) session will provide an early look at the latest policies and practices governing protective security measures in Australia.

“Finally, the Insider Threat session will focus on strategies for identifying and countering risks posed by insiders. These training sessions are vital for Australian security professionals looking to remain current.”
