Axis Opens Sydney Experience Centre – Axis Communications has announced the opening of its newest Axis Experience Centre (AEC) at Macquarie Park, the second of its kind in Australia, adding to innovation hubs in Singapore, New York, London, and Santiago.
Located in the technology precinct of Macquarie Park, the Axis Sydney AEC is designed to inspire and support customers, technology partners, and industry leaders through a hands-on, immersive environment. The centre offers visitors the opportunity to experience how Axis’ latest technologies are applied to solve real-world challenges across a wide range of industries.

Key technologies on display at the Axis AEC include AI-powered video analytics for people flow, object detection, hard hat compliance, and tailgating alerts, hybrid cloud and edge solutions supporting scalable, and secure system architectures.
Visitors will also see radar and thermal imaging for advanced perimeter protection, environmental sensors, such as air quality monitoring, enabling smart cities, audio management platforms for public address, background music, and critical incident response, and high-performance imaging comparisons, demonstrating capabilities across varying light levels and resolutions.
