Ballina Shire Council Seeks CCTV Across Multiple Sites In Ballina And Lennox Head.
Ballina Shire Council Seeks CCTV – Ballina Shire Council seeks tenders for the supply and installation of CCTV infrastructure across multiple sites in the Ballina and Lennox Head townships, including fixed and PTZ cameras, and automatic number plate recognition at key locations.
Council seeks an appropriately qualified and experienced contractor to deliver these CCTV works. The scope centres on the provision and installation of CCTV infrastructure, with a focus on coverage at strategic entry points to the 2 coastal centres. The inclusion of PTZ cameras and ANPR at key gateways indicates an emphasis on vehicle monitoring and broader situational awareness at principal access routes.
Ballina Shire Council serves a growing coastal and hinterland region on the NSW Far North Coast. In addition to Ballina and Lennox Head, the local government area includes communities such as Alstonville, Wollongbar and Wardell. The shire encompasses residential, commercial and tourism precincts, rural land and key transport infrastructure, including Ballina Byron Gateway Airport, as well as the Port of Ballina on the Richmond River.
According to the tender release, contractors will need to demonstrate capability in the supply and installation of fixed and PTZ cameras, as well as ANPR systems suited to gateway and roadway environments.
This Ballina Shire Council Seeks CCTV tender closes on March 5 March 2pm – you can learn more here or read more SEN news here.
