Blue Force Wins East Perth Housing CCTV Contract.
Blue Force Wins East Perth Housing CCTV – Perth security integrator Blue Force has been awarded a CCTV upgrade contract for the East Perth housing conversion valued at around $300,000.
Blue Force will design, supply, install, program, commission and maintain a new digital IP-based CCTV system at 10 Adelaide Terrace in East Perth, as part of the Western Australian Government’s conversion of a former serviced apartment building into long term social and affordable housing.
The project is being delivered for the Department of Housing and Works following the Housing Authority’s acquisition of the 236-room property, which is currently undergoing preparation works ahead of its repurposing for residential rental use. The existing security system at the site was assessed as end of life and no longer fit for purpose for the building’s new operational requirements. It comprised 8 PACOM DVRs, a Hikvision TVR and 82 analogue cameras.

Under the awarded scope, Blue Force will replace this legacy system with an IP-based CCTV solution in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the request for proposal attachments. The contract includes full lifecycle delivery, covering system design through to commissioning, user training and maintenance during the defects liability period.
The Department of Housing and Works, which oversees infrastructure delivery and asset management for the Western Australian Government, is managing the upgrade as part of broader works at the Queens Riverside Q4 site.
Tuart Hill-based Blueforce is an integrator of security systems, medical alarms, assistive health technology, communication integration and surveillance networks for the residential, commercial, industrial, health and aged care sectors in Western Australia.
