Blueforce Integrating Milestone, Axis And Integriti – Blueforce is delivering an integrated Milestone, Axis and Inner Range security solution for the $A178 million Stage 2 development of South Central at Jandakot in Perth, Western Australia.
The security solution will combine Milestone XProtect VMS for centralised CCTV and event management, Axis LPR cameras at key vehicle locations, and Inner Range Integriti alarm and access control across nominated secure areas.
According to Blueforce, integration between the platforms will give centre management a centralised view of security events while simplifying day-to-day management of CCTV, access control and alarms.
“The real value is not any single product, it is how these technologies work together to provide a more intelligent, proactive and manageable security environment,” said Blueforce.
South Central Stage 2 is under construction at Jandakot in Perth’s south and is expected to open in September 2027. The development will add more than 36,400 square metres of showroom and large-format retail space across 7 buildings, along with hospitality facilities and more than 800 car bays. Together with Stage 1, the completed South Central development is expected to have an end value of around $338 million.
Satterley Property Group is delivering the development, which will be managed by Centuria Capital Group, with CIP Constructions appointed as builder. The completed precinct is expected to become Australia’s largest homemaker centre.
