Breakthrough EOL Connection From Jack Fuse

Breakthrough EOL Connection – The new ATMOD quick connect EOL resistor pack from Jack Fuse eliminates common termination faults and cuts security installation costs.

End of line (EOL) resistor circuits are a fundamental component of security and access control systems. Field devices such as reed switches, duress buttons, motion sensors and locks all use EOL circuits to communicate with the security panel.

According to Jack Fuse’s Ken McKeon, the ATMOD solves these problems by combining a robust pre-made EOL resistor network with secure push-in connectors. EOL circuit installation becomes as simple as stripping the alarm cable and pushing it securely into the ATMOD connectors, in just a fraction of the time normally taken to build traditional resistor circuits.

“Every installation technician has battled with the time consuming and fault prone task of building these resistor circuits from scratch in the field,” says McKeon. “These improvised, manual practices mean that service technicians regularly encounter broken and incorrectly wired resistors. The resulting faults and security vulnerabilities are both time consuming and costly for facility managers and installation teams.

“The ATMOD’s speed and ease of install allows even inexperienced technicians, apprentices and trade assistants to efficiently and consistently complete successful installations – first time, every time.”

Supplied in a convenient, sturdy tin, ready to be thrown into the tool kit, the ATMOD breakthrough EOL connection is available now from Jack Fuse in colour coded EOL values to suit all major security panel brands – you can find out more about Jack Fuse ATMOD here.
