BST Australia has won a contract to integrate alarms, access control, CCTV and video intercoms for the Walker Corporation’s $A1 Billion Festival Tower Project in Adelaide.

The solution will incorporate Inner Range Integriti, Milestone XProtect VMS and Axis c,ameras and according to BST, the contract win follows the successful hand over of the 1500-space Festival Square Carpark project last year.

Located in the heart of Adelaide behind old Parliament House, Festival Tower overlooks the River Torrens and will work as a connection between the city’s most visited public facilities to create a central entertainment centre interlinking the Adelaide Oval, the railway station, Casino, Festival Centre, convention centre and riverside area.

PERMACONN

The overall development covers 5000sqm of the city square, while the tower has 40,000sqm of office space. BST is working alongside contractors ION Electrical and project contractor, Built, with a completion date for the 6 Green Star building of 2023.
