Chubb Wins Trade Training Centre Bohle – Chubb Fire and Security has won a $562,000 contract to design and install an integrated electronic security system for the Bohle Trade Training Centre on behalf of QBuild.

Bohle is part of TAFE Queensland North formed by the merger of Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE and Tropical North Queensland TAFE. This merged forms the largest TAFE region in Queensland with close to 20 campus locations in 16 localities, including Townsville’s Trade Training Centre Bohle.

The campus is a $37 million state-of-the-art facility that trains more than 2000 apprentices annually. The centre is conveniently located in the city’s industrial area in the suburb of Bohle, approximately a 15-minute drive from the Townsville city centre.
