City of Charles Sturt Seeks Contractor for Inner Range – City of Charles Sturt is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive security upgrade across council facilities, with a focus on access control, monitoring, CCTV and guard services.
The scope includes system replacement, hardware and software integration, monitoring services, decommissioning of legacy infrastructure, and long-term operational support. The successful contractor will design, install, operate and maintain upgraded systems across multiple council sites.
Key components of the contract include replacement of existing building access and security systems with Inner Range Integriti, including associated door and user licensing. Alarm monitoring and after-hours support will also form part of the agreement.
Council plans to decommission its current CCTV environment and transition to the NX Witness platform, including installation of compatible cameras and back-end systems.
Ongoing maintenance of all deployed systems is required for a minimum of 3 years, with a potential 3-year extension. The final element of the contract includes provision of unarmed guard services and cash-in-transit operations.
The project supports council efforts to centralise and modernise its security infrastructure across administrative, community and operational sites in Adelaide’s western suburbs.
