City Of Tea Tree Gully Seeks Security – City of Tea Tree Gully has released a tender for a wide range of electronic security and security services across all council facilities.
Council is seeking a contractor capable of delivering a full suite of security services. These include static guarding, scheduled and unscheduled patrols including building lockups, opening and closing of boom gates, gates and public toilets, cash-in-transit operations, crowd control, staff escort services, monitoring of council security systems, alarm incident response, and maintenance of council security systems.

The contractor’s team will be supporting security operations across council buildings, public spaces and infrastructure within the City of Tea Tree Gully in metropolitan Adelaide, covering both day-to-day security presence and incident response, as well as ongoing system monitoring and maintenance.
Council acknowledges that a single tenderer may not be able to meet all requirements and supports the use of subcontractors; however, partial solutions will not be accepted. Tenderers must demonstrate the capacity to deliver all elements of the scope.
Note that a mandatory tender briefing will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday 28 January 2026 at the Council Civic Centre at 571 Montague Road, Modbury. Attendance in person is required. Council will release confidential information at this briefing, and attendees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement on the day.
