City of Yarra Seeks Security – City of Yarra is seeking a specialist contractor to deliver security access, monitoring, and response services across its buildings and facilities.
The contract includes the provision of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools required to meet performance standards specified by council.
According to the release, tenderers must meet relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as adhere to applicable codes and commercial standards and services must be delivered in line with the council’s operational expectations and to its satisfaction.
Yarra is a densely populated inner metropolitan local government area in Melbourne, covering 19.5 square kilometres. As of June 2025, it had a population of 100,706, making it the second most densely populated LGA in Victoria.
