CMI Safe Co Changes Hands After 50 Years.
CMI Safe Co Changes Hands – One of Australia’s most respected security manufacturers, CMI Safe C0, has changed hands for the first time in 50 years.
“We are excited to inform you that our business, CMI Safe Co, has been sold to new owners Gavin de Steur and Jason Storm Green,” said CMI’s business development manager, Joe Davis.
“Gavin and Jason have over 50 years of combined experience in manufacturing and selling safes and related products in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, and numerous other countries.
“We are thrilled to have found such capable and passionate individuals to take over the reins and continue to provide you with the high-quality products and services that you have come to expect from us.
“We want to assure you that despite this change in ownership, the original owners of the business will be remaining with the company. We will continue to work closely with our new owners to ensure a smooth transition and that our operations run seamlessly.”
According to Davis, the change in ownership will not affect the quality of CMI Safe Co’s products and services, and the team remains committed to providing exceptional customer service and support.
“Our new owners share our vision for the future of the business, and we are confident that this change will only lead to better outcomes for our customers,” Davis said.
“We value your business and appreciate your loyalty to our company. We look forward to continuing our relationship with you under the new ownership, and with the original owners of the business remaining.”
Established in 1946 at Dolls Point by Eric Berry, the factory moved to Carlton in 1970. You can find out more about CMI Safe Co, including contact details here, or read more SEN news here.
