Convergint Wins Welshpool Bus Depot Contract – Convergint Technologies Australia has been awarded a $A548,738 contract to upgrade the CCTV system at Welshpool Bus Depot.
The works include the supply and installation of CCTV poles, underground pit and conduit networks, and associated equipment and cabling, enabling enhanced surveillance coverage across the depot. The scope also includes camera installation, brackets, mounts, and system commissioning in accordance with the PTA’s supplied design documentation.
Located in Perth’s south-east, Welshpool Bus Depot is a critical operational site for Transperth’s bus fleet, supporting the scheduling, refuelling, and maintenance of vehicles serving the metropolitan area. The upgraded surveillance system is intended to strengthen site security and operational visibility, contributing to asset protection and staff safety in a high-traffic environment.
