Court Services Victoria requires the new entry screening equipment to be installed at selected locations during the current financial year, with further purchases in additional locations possible in future years.
Scale may be significant. Court Services Victoria supports Victoria’s Supreme, County, Magistrates’, Children’s and Coroners courts, as well as VCAT, across a statewide network of court and tribunal facilities. The Magistrates’ Court alone operates at 52 locations, while the broader Courts Group has staff working across 75 locations. Even if a modest percentage of CSV sites are upgraded, it’s a significant scope of works.
The successful supplier will provide ongoing maintenance and support throughout the operational lifecycle of the equipment. CSV may also consider leasing arrangements where these provide an effective outcome.
