CS Energy Seeks Site Security And Response Services Across Queensland Power Assets.
CS Energy Seeks Site Security – CS Energy has released a tender for the provision of labour to support site security and response services across its operational footprint, including major generation assets and future developments.
The scope covers security and response services across all existing sites under the principal’s management, including Kogan Creek Power Station in Brigalow and Callide Power Station in Biloela, as well as any new or expanded sites established during the term of the agreement.
The contract requires service providers to deliver consistent security standards across geographically dispersed and operationally critical infrastructure. This includes the ability to scale resources as new sites are commissioned, while maintaining continuous asset protection at levels sufficient to meet both scheduled operations and emergent requirements. CS Energy has specified that services should be locally sourced where possible, reflecting operational and community considerations in regional Queensland.
CS Energy operates a portfolio of coal-fired power stations supplying electricity to the national electricity market, with assets located in central Queensland. The organisation’s operations involve large-scale generation infrastructure, fuel handling systems, high-voltage transmission interfaces and associated industrial plant, requiring coordinated physical security, access control and incident response capability to support safe and continuous operation.
The tender reflects the need for integrated guarding and response services aligned with the operational profile of power generation sites, where uptime, safety and asset protection are critical. Successful contractors will be required to support both routine site security and responsive services, ensuring continuity of protection as the principal’s asset base evolves.
This CS Energy seeks site security closes at 5pm on May 22 – you can learn more here or read more SEN news here.
