Cushman Wakefield Seeks Security For Schools – Cushman Wakefield on behalf of School Infrastructure NSW is seeking local contractors to deliver reactive maintenance services to public schools across the Hunter and Central Coast regions.
The works includes a range of services, with security and safety systems representing a significant portion of the scope. Contractors with capability in access control, alarms, CCTV, security screens and fencing are encouraged to apply, as well as providers of locksmith, electrical, AV, fire door, and safety inspection services.
Cushman Wakefield is particularly interested in working with contractors based close to the schools they service. Businesses located within 50km from participating sites will be prioritised. The tender also signals a commitment to expanding the participation of First Nations-owned businesses, as well as increasing employment opportunities for Aboriginal workers, apprentices and trainees.
The maintenance program is designed to support schools on an as-needed basis, with a focus on reliability and proximity. Note that submissions must include required documentation such as insurances, licences, and completed tender forms. Sole traders must also provide personal accident insurance, while Indigenous businesses are asked to supply relevant certification.
