Dahua AirShield Alarm Arrives For Testing At SEN Office.
Dahua AirShield Alarm Arrives For Testing – Last year – it seems such a long time ago now – a large box arrived at the SEN office from the Dahua team. Inside was a Dahua AirShield wireless alarm panel and a bunch of cool devices, including internal and external sensors, sirens, fobs, reed switches, a leak sensor and a panic button.
We’re going to be completing the installation of this system at the office over the next couple of weeks – the AirShield alarm panel is already in position – giving us a good idea of how this affordable Dahua alarm system stacks up against the competition in real world applications.

Regular readers know that SEN has a habit of the challenging alarm systems we test with rugged conditions – especially outside – and the SEN office, with its baking hot backyard and front level 2 verandah that overlooks a busy street, will be no exception to our rule.
Having poked around the devices we can say the build quality is solid and the design is nice, too. Importantly, Dahua AirShield forms the heart of a comprehensive alarm ecosystem, including a capable app, so there’s a lot of scope for clever applications in the field.
Keep an eye out for our review coming up in SEN – there’s more information about Dahua AirShield here or you can read more SEN news here.
