DAVE Ward has joined ICT in the role of regional sales manager, and Shannyn MacGibbon has been appointed to the role of sales support for Asia Pacific.
Based out of ICT’s new Melbourne office, Ward will be responsible for the Victoria, West Australia, South Australia states. He joins ICT with more than 25 years’ experience in the industry and has been responsible for more than 150 Protege installations over the years.
According to ICT’s Richard Hawker, Ward is a firm believer that customer satisfaction equals success and he is always willing to go the extra distance to help customers achieve their goals and looks forward to sharing his experience with others.
“Many people will also recognize Shannyn MacGibbon and her consistently cheerful disposition, as she’s been a key member of our customer services team since joining ICT in 2015,” Hawker said. “She’s now taken on the role of sales support for Asia Pacific – a new position that recognizes our commitment to support the growing APAC market.
“Shannyn will be responsible for actively researching, identifying, and securing new partnerships and customer opportunities, and supporting the wider sales team.”
