Australia’s Department of Home Affairs seeks a non-intrusive mass screening technology to be deployed at operational environments for international air cargo.

The DOHS is seeking capability to facilitate non-intrusive, mass screening of incoming international air cargo to detect the presence of explosive material and other threats.

The capability must be capable of screening air cargo pallets and unit load device (ULD) containers to identify specific packages that potentially contain explosive material and other concealments.

The Department of Homeland Security intends to partner with industry to trial the capability prior to further deployment.

This tender closes on July 10 – more information here.
