EasyGate SPT secures White Fox Sydney HQ – Entrance Control has deployed EasyGate SPT speedstiles at the new Sydney headquarters of fashion brand White Fox, combining access control with a customised architectural finish aligned to the client’s brand.
The $A70 million, 5-storey facility incorporates multiple access points secured by EasyGate SPT lanes, including 2 lanes with 1800mm glass barriers controlling entry from the car park and 2 lanes with 1200mm barriers at reception. The speedstiles are finished in custom white with integrated pink LED wing lighting to provide visual indication of access status.
The EasyGate SPT is a swing speedgate system designed for high-throughput environments, using glass barriers and integrated sensor arrays to manage pedestrian flow while preventing unauthorised entry and tailgating. The system incorporates brushless magnetic direct drive motors, providing smooth, low-noise operation with reduced mechanical wear compared to conventional drive systems.
Sensor coverage across the lane enables detection of movement and positioning, supporting safe passage while maintaining throughput and enforcing single-person entry. Barrier height options allow the system to be configured for different security levels, with higher panels used in areas requiring greater physical deterrence.
At White Fox, the system is integrated with facial recognition at both entry points. This enables contactless access, with authorised users identified as they approach and granted entry without the need for cards or mobile credentials.
“White Fox built its empire by leveraging its iconic brand identity and so our installation had to support its aesthetic personality while delivering solid security,” said Entrance Control general manager Michael Bystram.
“The speedstiles’ custom finish with their vivacious wing lights demonstrates this approach perfectly.”
Facial recognition supports high throughput during peak periods, with rapid identification and minimal user interaction. The system reduces friction at entry while avoiding issues associated with lost or shared credentials.
“Facial recognition systems identify you as you approach and grant access automatically making your entrance that little bit friendlier,” Bystram said.
“It’s almost like the building knows you and the method is faster, more convenient and just as secure as traditional means.”
The installation integrates access control and biometric identification with the speedgate platform, allowing coordinated operation of authentication, barrier control and safety monitoring within a single-entry system.
White Fox’s Sydney headquarters spans 10,761 square metres and includes office, lifestyle and recreational facilities, requiring access control that supports both security and user movement across multiple zones.

The project was delivered in collaboration with design and construction partner PMG, with the entrance control system forming part of a broader building design focused on brand identity and user experience.
