Electronic Keying Australia Releases New CyberLock Blue With IP68 Rating.

Electronic Keying Australia Releases New CyberLock Blue – Electronic Keying Australia (EKA CyberLock) has released the new CyberLock Blue, a keyless Bluetooth padlock.

The water and dust-resistant Bluetooth padlock features a 2-inch shackle, is rated IP68 and has a battery life of 2 years from a field replaceable EL123 lithium battery, giving around 6500 open/lock events.

CyberLock Blue offers advanced keyless access and multiple credential types for padlock operation, including keyless access via the Cyber Access app, or physical credentials such as an infrared fob or CyberKey. The CyberLock Blue also allows administrators to issue on demand access from anywhere with an internet connection.

The lock uses infrared and Bluetooth 5.0 communications for locking operations, features a multicolour LED indicator light and the Cyber Access app works on Android or iOS, CK-FLASH, CK-AIR2, CKR-BLUE3, FK-01 IR Fob.

Management is via Cyberlink 2 on PC or Cyber Audit Link app using CyberAudit Enterprise 9.6 or newer.

Lock construction is stainless steel, poly and brass and the lock has an operating temperature range of -20 to 60C, a size of around 155mm x 57mm x 38mm and a weight of 986g.

That IP68 rating means CyberLock Blue is waterproof to a depth of 1500mm for 30 minutes, as well as nearly impermeable to the ingress of dust.
