EOS Australia has announced a 5-year warranty on Hanwha Techwin’s IP, AHD and NVR recorders from December 1, 2020.
“For many years, Hanwha’s IP cameras and NVR recorders have been extremely reliable, therefore we would like to offer a 5-year warranty as a reward to each and every Hanwha customer from EOS Australia,” said EOS Australia’s Andrew Cho.

Hanwha’s PTZ cameras and accessories remain at a 3-year warranty.
