Features of the system include support for up to 3 additional 7-inch monitors (VL-MV72), PBX connectivity, electric lock release support (up to 2), internal picture recording (up to 50 visitors and 8 still images per visitor), LED lighting for night operation and a voice changer.
The main monitor is 158mm high x 29.5mm deep and 243mm wide and 710g, while the door station is 131mm high, 36.5mm deep and 99mm wide, with the main monitor weighing of bit over 200g.
The camera has an 87-degree angle of view, a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 0.3MP and the weather rating is IPX3, though water resistance is only assured if the doorphone is installed correctly according to the instructions in the installation guide, and appropriate water protection measures are taken.
