♦ Exact Technologies Seeks Apprentice electronic security technician to join its growing security integration team based at Penrith in Sydney.
Exact Technologies services a range of large high-profile clients such as clubs, universities and casinos within the Sydney area, and throughout Australia, specialising in the installation of high-end electronic security equipment including security cameras, access readers, alarm systems and intercoms.
“Electronic security requires a combination of knowledge and skills including IT, networking, electronics and physical installation which we will teach to you as part of your apprenticeship,” said Exact.
“We will invest in you to grow and strengthen our team while getting you started in your career. After your apprenticeship, there are great opportunities to grow into a project engineering, project management or service role.”
What Exact Seeks:
* A candidate who is enthusiastic, hardworking, honest and reliable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in electronics andor IT
* Applicants based in the Penrith area or around Western Sydney would be ideal but this is not essential.
* Willing to travel
* Good problem-solving skills
* Attentive to details
* The ability to work on your own or within a team.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Must be a team player
* Good time management skills and well organised
The successful applicant will be offered the following:
* Renumeration in line with industry rates for apprenticeships

* On the job and industry-based training in conjunction with a relevant TAFE course.

Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, repair, service and general maintenance of security systems
* Work with site supervisors and management to complete installs and repairs
* Complete service tasks within time, cost and high-quality standards
* Completing required documentation for all job completions as per company standards
* Adhere by all WHS requirements
* Commissioning of small to medium commercial projects.
* System programming of small to medium commercial projects.
* Diagnoses and fault finding of all security equipment.
