Federation Square has taken camera installation for its pending CCTV upgrade to a separate tender.
Tenderers are invited to submit responses specifically for the cabling and installation of CCTV cameras under the CCTV Upgrade Project at the iconic Melbourne site.
The scope of works includes the installation of the copper and fibre cabling required for extended network connectivity, removal and discarding of existing cameras, removal and discarding of existing analogue cabling and associated infrastructure, installation and termination of new CAT6 cables to camera locations, installation of new cameras and required bracketry and any make good works required to rectify aesthetic of installation areas.
