The service provider must provide its services to undertake system configuration, setup of the system, integrations and training to key staff members in alignment with Fremantle Ports requirements.

Key to this application, the new visitor access management software solution must integrate with the existing Gallagher access control system at Fremantle Ports.
Fremantle Harbour is Western Australia’s largest and busiest general cargo port. Fremantle Harbour consists of the Inner Harbour, which is situated on the mouth of the Swan River. The inner harbour handles a large volume of sea containers, vehicle imports and livestock exports, cruise shipping and naval visits, and operates 24 hours a day.
Located adjacent to the city of Fremantle, in the Perth metropolitan region, the Inner Harbour includes northern and southern wharves named North Quay and Victoria Quay respectively, with the area managed by the Fremantle Port Authority.
There are 4 cargo handling berths at the Inner Harbour and during unloading there may be hundreds of truck movements each day – the road/rail split for containers is 80 per cent road and 20 per cent rail.
