According to FFT, a major railway operator and long-term customer has decided to further enhance and ensure the ongoing performance of security infrastructure into the future after a major review of its critical assets and potential threats.
FFT offers a range of comprehensive maintenance products and the customer selected a multi-year comprehensive support agreement which included response to any reported faults with an agreed SLA timeframe, remote automated monitoring and reporting of faults through FFT’s HQ technical support centre.
The service includes quarterly on-site validation of FFT equipment, external sensing cable and associated integrations, comprehensive monthly system status reporting and automatic updates of FFT’s cyber-assured software.
