Growing Optic Promotes – Converged security provider, Optic Security Group, has announced the promotion of Daniel Allchorne as its regional manager for Northern Territory and Western Australia and Robert Bates as regional manager for Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales Commercial.
An experienced integrator, Allchorne joined Optic Security Group in 2007 as its Darwin-based operations manager, where he has played a key role in the delivery of many large security integration projects across Australia’s Top End.
Meanwhile, Bates joined Optic Security Group as a project manager in July 2021. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Bates has significant experience in project management and service delivery in the security industry and as an electrician.
“I’m extremely pleased about Dan taking up the lead role in leading Optic’s operations across WA and NT,” said Optic Security Group CEO Ferzad Bharucha. “He is an amazing asset to Optic Security Group and to our customers, and his commitment is second to none.
“It’s also great to see Rob step into the regional manager role for VIC, QLD and NSW (commercial). Rob is a fantastic leader who has been coordinating his teams’ involvement in a diverse range of projects across Australia.
