GSA Appoints Craig Cobbin General Manager Sales – GSA Systems has appointed Craig Cobbin general manager sales commencing March 1.
Cobbin brings with him 25 years’ experience in the security industry, including 20 years in security wholesale and distribution.
“I’m excited to join the team at GSA,” Cobbin said. “They’re energetic, passionate and remind me of how wholesale should be done – with reliable brands, top notch customer service and a can-do attitude.”
While based in GSA’s NSW branch in Lidcombe, Cobbin’s role will extend across the company’s national business portfolio. His role will focus on the management and expansion of the GSA sales team across the entire product range, including CCTV, alarms, access control, peripherals and solar security products.
“We’re a national security distribution business who service a range of security integration customers,” said Brad Opray, director at GSA. “Our aim has always been that GSA customers, across Australia, receive quality products from reliable brands, supported by great customer service.
“We’re certain Craig’s oversight of our sales team will build on that customer experience further and ensure our clients – both existing and new – will continue to receive the fantastic products and services that GSA have become known for.”
Craig commenced in the industry in 1991, completing his Electronics Technician qualification before going on to work for businesses including Direct Alarm Supplies, Hills Limited, Pelco and Motorola Solutions where he held the most recent role of sales director – Oceana, Video Security & Analytics – Pelco.
