GSA Brings Face Rec To SecTech

♦ GSA Brings Face Rec To SecTech – security distributor GSA Systems, which specialises in CCTV, access control, intercoms, alarms, networking, analytics, mobile CCTV and solar solutions, is bringing face recognition solutions to SecTech.

“At the 2022 SecTech Road Show we will be showcasing, in partnership with Hanwha Techwin, SAFR from Real Networks and BCD, GSA’s integrated facial recognition and video management solution,” said GSA’s Brad Opray.

“Backed by GSA’s professional services, including design, site survey, commissioning and post installation support, this facial recognition solution is a turnkey solution. Each component has been selected for their premium performance and work together in synergy to deliver a high performing IP video and analytics solution. GSA’s facial recognition solution offers flexible design that can be tailored to the needs of each customer.”

“By leveraging BCD’s purpose-built and performance-driven recording and storage servers to ensure high throughput and reliable server infrastructure, a large number of SAFR facial recognition channels can be deployed across a small number of BCD servers. SAFR alternatively offers camera-based processing, supported by Hanwha cameras to further reduce server infrastructure.”

According to Opray, SAFR is also integrated to a number of market leading access control systems in the ANZ market that deliver fast and secure facial recognition for access control doors.

“For example, Hanwha’s WAVE VMS is a highly scalable, efficient and reliable software that allows integration to thousands of third-party devices,” he explained. “With WAVE’s high-level integration to SAFR, operators can monitor cameras and facial recognition watchlists and alerts through a single user interface.

“To discuss the requirements of your facial recognition project, pre-register here and stop by GSA’s stand at SecTech Roadshow in your city to speak and allow our technical experts to tailor a solution to your needs.”
