♦ H3C Installs Integriti, Milestone, Aiphone – H3C Plus, in partnership with Allsafe Power, has integrated an Inner Range Integriti access control system, Milestone Systems CCTV system, complete with license plate recognition integration, and an Aiphone intercom system at MTAA Super’s newest multi-story commercial office building in Melbourne.
“This project embodies H3C Plus’s ability to provide bespoke solutions and design,” said H3C Plus’ operations manager Victoria, Simon Debrincat.
MTAA’s Super invested $A80m into this office project development near Monash University’s Clayton campus in Melbourne’s south-east, with the intention of supporting the biotechnology and medical sectors.
Hansen Yuncken built the 6-floor office building at 2 Ferntree Place in Notting Hill and the Gray Puksand-designed office building includes end-of-trip facilities, a communal rooftop terrace and 9676sqm of lettable space.
