HILLS has released of the next generation of Reliance panels – the Reliance XRpro – which maintains the tradition of the Reliance 8, 12 and 128 but adds new technologies to create one of the market’s most powerful security alarm and automation panels.

The XRpro features built-in IP communication, encrypted connections and 2 wireless ITI receivers, one for 60-bit legacy ITI wireless and the new 80-plus fully encrypted ITI wireless solution, with a vast array of accessories for each. Utilising Interlogix’s Ultrasync platform the XRpro provides a true monitored path with multiple levels of redundancy, and as an additional security feature, customer codes are stored on the panel.

A dual SIM 4G/Wi-Fi module adds 4G cellular communication capabilities, allowing alarm reporting and remote connections over the 4G mobile network via UltraSync. The module is supplied with SIM cards installed and will include ongoing subscription costs. Capable of monitoring up to 16 independent zones, expandable to a maximum of 176, the XRpro is the perfect security solution for residential, multi-storey, education, retail, government, aged care and warehousing applications and can manage up to 256 user pin codes.

Camera integration is made easy with native IP camera support and because its z-wave compatible, the XRpro facilitates automation of lights, door locks and heating control. It’s compatible with a variety of touch screens, like the new XR Touch, which offers easy to understand graphic icons and at-a-glance visibility, or end-users can extend the programming and interactive capabilities with the UltraSync+ mobile application.

With the app, users can manage their Reliance security system in real time and from any location using cloud-based technology, including view live video and event-triggered recorded clips and arm and check if doors and windows are open. Most importantly, the Reliance XRpro is NBN ready and backwards compatible with existing Reliance equipment.
