IDIS DR-3516P-2TB NVR – IDIS has recently released its new NDAA-Compliant DR-3516P-2TB NVR, exclusively available at DAS.
“Superseding the 4316PS-2TB model, the mid-range DR-3516P-2TB has advanced features at a cost-effective price point”, said Ahmad Ali, IDIS product manager for DAS.
Part of the DR-3000 Series, the new NVR supports up to 16 IP channels and holds up to 120TB of footage using internal SATA and external eSATA storage.
According to Ali, the South Korean-made NVR supports IDIS Edge AI cameras with IDIS Deep Learning Engine for a well-rounded surveillance solution. It also supports DirectIP cameras, resulting in a smoother ‘Plug-n-Play’ system operation, as well as supporting third party cameras such as Axis and Panasonic cameras via ONVIF.
“If you need to utilise existing analogue cameras with IDIS DR-3516P-2TB NVR without upgrading existing coax cables pairing the NVR with IDIS’ DE-1108 8CH PoE powered encoder future proofs the customer’s investment by gradually upgrading to IP,” Ali said.
“The DR-3516P-2TB NVR is ideal for mid-range applications within small to medium sites like offices, retail spaces and more.”
