Incite Secures Karara Mining In Western Australia.
Incite Secures Karara Mining – Incite Security has secured Karara Mining in Western Australia’s mid-west.
Located 200km south-east of Geraldton in the Shire of Perenjori, Western Australia, Karara Mining, owned by Ansteel Group and Gindalbie Metals, is the largest mining operation and the first major magnetite mine in the area.
It produces a premium, high-grade concentrate product for export to steelmakers, has an expected life of 30-plus years, and includes a large open pit mine, complex ore processing and beneficiation plant and significant infrastructure and logistics networks.
Incite has installed Access Pro-L gates supplied by FAAC Australia. Access Pro-L has a barrier width of up to 6.0m. The control system of the Access Pro-L offers a large range of functions and supplementary expansion potentials through the use of plug-in modules.
There are 5 slots for an Ethernet interface, a radio module or a counting module for determining the number of parking spaces still available. All inputs and outputs can be individually configured and there are additional input and output functions. The opening and closing times can each be selected from 3 levels independently of one another.
According to Incite Security’s Robbie Place, the gates were installed by engineer Chad and apprentice Aaron and offer Karara Mining a huge 10,000,000 operation life-span.
Incite Security is a Geraldton-based integrated security solutions company established in 2006, which specialises in integrating alarms, access control, automation and CCTV solutions for commercial, industrial, residential and government applications.
