Inner Range Releases Fast Inception v7.2 Incorporating IR Fast Reporting For Integriti Systems.
Inner Range Releases Fast Inception v7.2 – Inner Range has released Inception v7.2, with the headline change being the introduction of IR Fast reporting for Integriti systems. IR Fast format means faster and more granular alarm reporting complementing the existing Concept IR Fast format.
With Inception 7.2, IR Fast reporting now delivers individual alarm states rather than grouping multiple conditions into a single generic event. Inputs such as low battery and poll failed are reported as discrete conditions, giving monitoring centres clearer information at the point of receipt. The update also expands compatibility with Integriti module types, improving system visibility across a wider range of connected hardware.

IR Fast configuration is handled through Configuration → General → Alarm Reporting → Skytunnel Configuration, with support for text or no-text options. The Integriti-compatible IR Fast format is also supported in T4000 reporting, allowing sites with mixed environments to standardise alarm delivery without changing platforms. The result is more precise alarm data, reduced ambiguity for operators and faster, more confident response.
Inception 7.2 also improves credential visibility during access reviews. Physical and RF credentials are now shown in the ‘Access Review’ process, with the credential used displayed in the ‘Who’ column. This information is also included in ‘Access History’ and ‘Review Events’ reports, strengthening audit trails and simplifying compliance and incident review.
Alongside these functional changes, the release completes the transition from SkyCommand to IR Connect, includes updates related to LAN encryption handling, and delivers a range of usability, security and stability improvements across the platform.
