The two owners of DoorTek, Robert L. Gardner and Ray R. Deasy, will be joining the ISSI team and will continue to run DoorTek.
“We are excited about the acquisition of this small, but solidly profitable operation,” said C.A. Rundell, Jr., Chairman and CEO of ISSI.
“ISSI’s goal is to expand through strategic acquisitions and internal development and DoorTek nicely complements our B&B ARMR and Intelli-Site offerings,” Rundell noted. “We continue to actively pursue acquisition opportunities that will complement or extend our existing product lines or that would be compatible with our business philosophy.”
