Perth City Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake scheduled and reactive maintenance services on its Inner Range Integriti access control systems and security monitoring of duress and property alarms currently installed in city assets.
The council area covers the Perth city centre and surrounding suburbs – an area of 20.01 square kilometres – and the council has multiple facilities under its management, including Perth Council House and Perth Town Hall.
