KBR Wins Lot Fourteen Innovation Centre Security Consultancy – Renewal SA has awarded a $A447,733 contract for commercial building security and services consultancy at the Lot Fourteen Innovation Centre in Adelaide to KBR.
Renewal SA sought a consultancy team to review and provide advice at key design milestones for the Innovation Centre development. The scope centres on ensuring that security and associated building services are appropriately specified and integrated as the project progresses through detailed design. KBR will provide specialist input into the commercial building security framework and related services strategy.
Lot Fourteen is a major innovation and research precinct in Adelaide’s CBD, bringing together defence, space, technology and education tenants within a high-security environment.
