Keenfinity Phases Out Group CEO Role Following Structural Transformation after acquisition of Bosch Group Business units.
Keenfinity Phases Out Group CEO Role – Keenfinity Group will phase out the role of group CEO following the completion of its transition of the Bosch Group to a decentralised structure built around 4 business units.
The Munich-based company confirmed chairman Hubertus Muehlhaeuser will assume direct oversight of the businesses and group functions, replacing the central CEO role ahead of schedule. Current group CEO Peter Loeffler will step down from the position but will remain involved as an investor and advisor to the board.
The change follows a broader transformation that has seen Keenfinity reposition as a strategic holding company, with each business led by its own CEO and supported by streamlined central functions.
“Peter Loeffler has not only delivered the transformation of the Keenfinity Group into 4 dedicated businesses, he accomplished it significantly faster,” says Hubertus Muehlhaeuser, chairman of Keenfinity Group.
“We are deeply grateful for his leadership and dedication and glad that he will remain connected to the Group.”
Loeffler led the group through its carve-out from Bosch Group in July 2025 and oversaw the implementation of the decentralised operating model designed to support growth and value creation.
“Above all, I am especially grateful to the entire Keenfinity team,” says Loeffler. “Our agile, customer-driven setup, combined with our commitment to quality and innovation, will give each business the momentum it needs to accelerate its value creation journey.”
The revised structure removes a centralised leadership layer in favour of direct oversight and business-level accountability, reflecting a shift towards faster decision-making and closer alignment with customer requirements.
