♦ Logical Services Seeks Tech – the team at Logical Services needs a full-time electronic security technician to work from its Keysborough base working with solutions including Inner Range, Mobotix and Axis.
The successful applicant will be using the latest security products and servicing high profile government, corporate and commercial clients, predominantly located in the South East Melbourne metropolitan area.
The role includes on site works for an experienced, motivated technician who enjoys being challenged mentally with leading edge security products and innovative design system deployment.
This field technician role starts and finishes directly on site/customer’s premises and a fitted out take-home company vehicle is provided.

We provide all the essentials such as PPE, uniform, vehicle, mobile phone, ladders, EWP’s, laptop and major tools. A generous weekly tool allowance is provided for you to provide & maintain your daily hand tools. We provide any manufacturer training as required for us for the role.
Applicants to be ready to start and must have or be prepared to obtain the following:
* Hold & maintain a current Victorian manual drivers license.
* Hold & maintain (or be able to quickly obtain) a current “Electronic Security System Individual License” (Requires police check etc).
* Hold & maintain (or be able to quickly obtain) a current “OHS” card (Red card, White card etc).
* Hold & maintain (or be able to quickly obtain) a current “Open Cabling” communications cabling license.
* Hold & maintain (or be able to quickly obtain) a current “Working with Children” license (Requires police check etc).
* Hold & maintain (or be able to quickly obtain) a current “Elevated Work Platform” license.
* Hold & maintain (or be able to quickly obtain) a current “Working at Heights” license.
As an ideal candidate it would be desirable for you to:
* Have experience in security / access control systems such as the Inner Range Integriti system (Programming experience preferred but not essential).
* Have a genuine interest (no programming experience required) in the latest IP based electronic security technology and ideas, such as Mobotix and Axis CCTV and VMS products.
* Have a presentable, neat and clean trades appearance for both on work site and in corporate office environments.
* Have the ability to be a true team member (including possible team leader/site manager if appropriate).
* Have an excellent work ethic, punctuality, positive attitude, self-motivation and be comfortable working alone and in a team environment.
* Have competent English writing and spelling skills.
