LOX MML2400 Mechanical Magnetic Lock – LOX Locking MML2400 is a mechanical magnetic locking device for outward opening doors – there’s also a MML2400LZ version for inward opening doors.
The LOX MML2400 mechanical magnetic lock series is a monitored locking device that’s an innovative alternative to traditional electro-magnetic Locks. A clever combination of magnetic and mechanical locking components makes the MML a locking device with superior holding force of up to 1000kg, while being 75 per cent smaller than a standard 600kg electro-magnetic Lock.
The MML2400 mechanical magnetic lock can handle 70kg side pressure (pre-load) on the door and has a smart early warning alarm security function and a low current draw. The MML Lock is not recommended to be used on doors above 2400mm height.
LOX MML2400 mechanical magnetic lock is tested to 750,000 cycles, can operate on 12V DC at 350mA, or 24V DC at 175mA, has an Australian Standard fire rating of 4 hours, as well as CE and C-Tick, features a Hall effect lock status sensor, a reed door status sensor, and an LED status light showing locked or unlocked.
