LSC has been appointed as a Dahua distributor for Australia, with access to Dahua’s full range of electronic security solutions.
Dahua’s Damien White said both teams were delighted with the new distribution agreement.
“We’re very excited about the arrangement and we’re delighted to see LSC come on board,” White said. “For Dahua, it gives us access to another part of the security market – we did not want or need another distributor in the traditional CCTV part of the market.
“LSC has a wonderful reputation in the locksmithing industry and they are high professional – certainly one of the best companies in the security space when it comes to training customers – they also want to handle all their own level 1 and 2 support, which for us is an invaluable thing.
“Thanks to their excellent training facilities and state of the art warehousing, we feel LSC is going to offer Dahua customers an exceptional service.”
According to LSC’s national business development manager, Michael Bragg, the addition of Dahua to the LSC stable will take the company’s electronic security offering to the next level.
Dahua and LSC teams celebrate the new distribution agreement in Sydney yesterday.
“This is a great fit for us – distributing Dahua allows us to retain customers who would otherwise need to find their CCTV solutions elsewhere,” Bragg said. “As well as CCTV, we will be offering our customers the complete Dahua range – hotel locking systems, access control, intercoms, management systems, the lot.
“LSC will get its first shipment of Dahua stock mid-way through the SecTech Roadshow – around May 10," Bragg said. "Because our distribution centre in Melbourne moves 4000 items a day, so we are very capable of supporting a quality video surveillance and electronic security product range that, thanks to our large national sales team, we expect will grow very quickly indeed."
The company has operations in each state and a head office in North Melbourne, with more than 130 employees nationwide. The company has 20,000 lines from leading manufacturers, including Silca, ABUS, SALTO, DORMA, Lockwood, BRAVA and Sargent and Greenleaf, and now Dahua. LSC is a third-generation, family-owned business, led by managing director Mark Johnson. ♦
