Mace Continues Quiet Process Of Acquisition

Mace plans to close this transaction today, November 28, 2005. Securetek is on track to generate approximately $5.0 million in annual sales for the fiscal year ending 2005 (Securetek generated approximately $3.8 million in the first nine months of 2005), and had annual revenues of approximately $4.5 million in fiscal year 2004. Securetek will be relocated and combined into the Company’s Mace Pro Surveillance operation located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Company intends to introduce Securetek’s customers to the Mace Pro Surveillance product line. Securetek is a designer and producer of electronic security products selling through its in-house sales force and through e-commerce (securetek.com). Securetek has over 800 existing customers. Securetek’s product line includes: digital video recorders, surveillance cameras, digital monitors and security systems. Securetek has in-house electrical, lab, software support and certified PC technicians.
