Maintenance For School Alarms, Access Control, CCTV – Facilities management provider, Cushman Wakefield, acting for School Infrastructure NSW, is seeking local contractors to provide reactive maintenance services to public schools in the Western Sydney region.
The initiative is focused on engaging local providers capable of self-delivering services across multiple disciplines, including security, alarms, CCTV, access control, PA systems, and electronic signage, along with general cleaning, graffiti removal, flooring, pressure washing, and specialist services such as asbestos removal, mould remediation, and fume cupboard maintenance.
The procurement process, open until December 19, 2025, invites businesses located within 30 minutes or 50 kilometres of the schools to apply. Cushman & Wakefield is also prioritising the inclusion of Aboriginal businesses and workers in the region.
Cushman & Wakefield delivers integrated facilities and asset management solutions under long-term contracts across Australia, with a focus on compliance, lifecycle cost efficiency, and local supplier engagement. In this project, the firm is acting under the direction of School Infrastructure NSW, which manages planning, delivery, and maintenance of public education infrastructure across the state.
