Milesight 5G Pro AI Bullet Arrives – LSC recently dropped off Milesight’s cool new 5G Pro Bullet camera at SEN for testing.
This camera is a professional tool. It hustles a stack of functionality we can’t wait to play with. There’s up to 4K resolution in the range, though I’m pleased to see the test camera is 2MP and has a 12x optical zoom via motorised 5.3-64mm lens with autofocus.
Milesight 5G Pro AI Bullet features AI deep learning, 5G communications, IoT connectivity, 12x optical zoom, a 1/1.8th inch Starvis starlight sensor dishing up a very good sounding 100fps, and an IP67-rated housing to handle dust and water ingress.
There are other neat things like defog, 180 metres of IR performance – yes, you read that right, integrated LoRaWan across 8 channels for 15km (you need an external antenna but awesome for remote applications), and a bunch of smart AI detection functions that we’re looking forward to getting our teeth into.
