Mornington Council Access Alarms CCTV Tender Released.

Mornington Council Access Alarms CCTV – Mornington Peninsular Council has released a tender seeking access control, alarms, CCTV, alarm monitoring, security patrol and security services for 229 buildings.

Council is seeking a sole contractor to be responsible for the maintenance of security systems, and provision of security services, across a total of 229 Council buildings, as well as the maintenance of police-monitored CCTV systems at 44 locations across the Mornington Peninsula.

The Shire of Mornington Peninsula is a local government area in southeastern Metropolitan Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is located to the south of the Melbourne City Centre and has an area of 724 square kilometres and a population of around 180,000.

The contract is to commence 1 August 2024 for an initial period of three years, with 2 extensions of 2 years each, to be granted at council’s discretion.
